His beginning with D2C fashion startup then transitioning to a marketing agency and finally shifting to a Talent Intelligence space proves his experience and expertise in diverse fields. He has been working in the talent intelligence domain for the past 5 years, helping teams hire smarter with data-driven insights. At present, he is working as a Product Manager at Symphonize, where he is building Aikam from the ground up, a platform designed to revolutionize first-round evaluations through AI and behavioral intelligence.
